The next Supper Club event will be Sunday lunch on 5th November. The centre piece will be roast sirloin from the Sussex herd and roast leg of Romney lamb from the flock here on the farm, with lots of seasonal veg, cauliflower cheese, Yorkies and roast potatoes finished with a red wine gravy made from the bones.
