Nestled in the heart of the Kent countryside, Wilson's Provisions is a British traiteur specialising in exceptional food made using the finest locally sourced ingredients. Working closely with trusted farmers and producers on our doorstep, we create award-winning charcuterie, handcrafted pies, gourmet sides, and seasonal dishes that celebrate the best of Kent.

  • At Wilson's Provisions, we take pride in serving truly local, farm-to-table produce from the heart of Kent.

    We use our own native-breed livestock, including Sussex cattle and Romney sheep, raised on the farm. Our pork comes from free-range, grass-fed Tamworth and Oxford Sandy Black pigs sourced from trusted local smallholdings across Kent.

    We follow a whole-carcass butchery approach, ensuring every part of the animal is used responsibly and sustainably. Alongside our meat, we grow seasonal vegetables and fruit on the farm, providing the freshest local ingredients possible.

  • Yes. We offer a range of bespoke catering and dining experiences across Kent.

    Wedding Catering

    We host intimate weddings and celebrations in our marquee, with seasonal menus built around produce from the farm.

    Supper Clubs

    Our popular farm supper clubs are released online one month in advance. Places are limited, so we recommend booking early.

    Private Dining

    We can host private dinners for groups of 14–24 guests.

  • Yes. We deliver our farm produce and butchered meat across North East Kent.

    Delivery Areas

    We currently deliver to:

    • Wingham

    • Ash

    • Sandwich

    • Deal

    • Dover

    • Folkestone

    • Canterbury

    If you're outside these areas, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange a courier delivery.

    Ordering Schedule

    • New menus are published every Monday.

    • Orders must be placed by 6pm on Wednesday.

    • Friday deliveries take place between 3:30pm and 6:30pm.

    • Farm collection is available on Saturdays between 9am and 1pm.

    Please include a contact telephone number with your order so we can reach you if there are any delivery issues.
