 Gordal olives, orange & oregano

 

Steamed clams, white asparagus and cured ham

Prawn croquetas, aoili, pickled monk’s beard

Whipped smoked mackerel and black olive tapenade crostini

 

Herb - crusted fillet of cod, crab risotto, confit datterini tomatoes, herb oil

Sauteed spinach, roasted pink fir apple potatoes

Custard tart, poached rhubarb and ginger, creme fraiche
